Rasoia of the website rasoia.com is Mrs. Saroj singh and she hailed from Bhojpuria land Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) on the bank of holy rivers Ganga and Saryu. Currently she is residing in Nagpur (Maharastra, India) with her family and she is having a great passion in Cooking and specialist in Bhojpuri recipes as well as other regional dishes of different part of India, and several other countries as well.
By the help and blessings of Mother and grandmother she got the secret of traditional Bhojpuri cuisines as well as on her own skill she re-discovered the extinct Bhojpuri recipes, and these made her to specialist and expert of Bhojpuri cuisines. After marriage she traveled across India and Europe which helped her to know and learn about other regional and multi cultural recipes.
Such opportunity, learning capabilities, eagerness to learn about different different recipe and creative mind to discover new recipes with different tips made her the Perfect Rasoia.
With a qualification of MA in Geography with B.Ed and DCA, and apart from that she did several cooking courses on food preservation, Bakery and Salad decoration etc.
Her such dedication towards cooking provided the platform for several awards/ appreciation in different part of india by different organization which provoked her to come with Rasoia.com to serve you people about a different taste of many regions and from Bhojpuria heartland.
