* Green gram(hara chana)-1/2 cup
* Gram flour-1 tbs
* Rice powder-2 tbs
* Red chili powder-to taste
* Green chili-1 finally chopped
* Onion-1/2 finally chopped
* Turmeric powder-1/3 tea spoon
* Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
* Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon(optional)
* Salt to taste
* Water - 1 cup
* Mustard oil -1 cup for frying

Methods/steps

1. Mix gram flour, rice powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, chat masala with water in a bowl, then make a thin batter.
2. Add green gram, chopped onion chili, in prepared batter.
3. Heat oil in kadahi. Slowly pour a little  mixture at a time with deep round shaped spoon and shallow fry till the bhabhra  become golden brown.

Additional Tips

* Bhabhra can also made by black gram and green peas but peas should be half boiled.
