1. Beaten rice flakes (chiwda,poha)-2Cup
2. Onion-1 finally chopped
3. Green peas-1/2cup
4. Potato-1cut into small pieces
5. Carrot-1 table spoon chopped
6. Capsicum-1 table spoon chopped
7. Cauliflower-1table spoon chopped
8. Coriander leave-1 table spoon chopped
9. Curry leaves 8-9
10. Oil-2 Table spoon
11. Roasted ground nut-1 table spoon
12. Jeera (cumin seed)-1tea spoon
13. Turmaric powder-1 tea spoon
14. Lemon juice-1 table spoon
15. Salt to taste
16. Chat masala-1 tea spoon
17. Green chilly-2-3 chopped

Methods/steps

1. Soak Pohaa in water and drain the excess water immediately.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and jeera when  seeds crackle add onion, curry leaves ,green chilly and turmaric powder
3. After that add all the chopped vegetables and Shallow fry for about 10 minutes
4. When vegetables are cooked then Add soaked pohaa and mix well, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame .add roasted ground nuts. 
5. Sprinkle lemon juice and chat masala then garnish with coriander.

Additional Tips

1. Pohaa should not be over-soaked. In a drainer, pour pohaa and put it under running water and then let it drain for 20 minutes.
2. If want sweet sour taste then sprinkle little bit sugar on pulaaw.
