Ingredients
1. Goat Meat(mutton)-1kg
2. Onion-750g.--chopped
3. Mustard Oil-100g
4. Salt -to taste
5. Deshi ghee-1table spoon
6. Garam masala(grind big and small ilaichi, clove, chinamon, shahjeera, jayfal, kababchini)-1 table spoon
7. Red chilly powder-to taste
8. Coriander powder-1 table spoon
9. Garlic-paste-1 1/2table spoon
10. Ginger paste-1/2 table spoon
11. Whole big and small cardamom, clove, cinnamon-2-4 pcs
12. Turmeric powder-1 tea spoon
13. Coriander leave chopped-1 table spoon
14. Jeera(cumin) powder-1 tea spoon
15. Black pepper-1 teaspoon
16. curd-1/2 cup
17. Tomato-1 chopped
Methods/steps
1. For mutton masala paste-grind & mix jeera, black pepper, coriander, garlic, ginger, turmeric and red chilly in mixi to make smooth paste.
2. Clean and wash mutton pieces and mix masala paste salt and curd tomato and leave for 15 to 20 minutes
3. Heat mustard oil In a cooker and put tejpatta, all whole ilaichi, clove, cinnamon.
4. When sputtering begins add chopped onions till become pink.
5. Put marinated mutton and cook till masala will leave the oil.and mutton Will semi cooked (about 20 minutes)
6. Then add garam masala ,deshi ghee and 4- 5 cup of water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistle, till mutton becomes tender.
7. Served with chopped coriander leaves.

Additional Tips
1. Before pressure cooking put 1 or 2 whole garlic it's taste grate and very beneficial for health in winters.
