Description
This laddu is very famous sweet of bhojpurias. It is made on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.

* Puffed rice (mudhi/murmure)-250g
* Jaggery (gud) -250g
* Water-3/4 cup
Methods/steps
1. Take jaggery and water in a cooking pan. Boil till thick syrup is formed.
2. To check the consistency, add few drops of the syrup into water. It should solidify immediately.
3. Now add puffed rice stir the ingredients.
4. Allow the mixture to cool for few minutes.
5. Smear your palms with little ghee or water
6. Roll out balls from the mixture.

Keep these laddus in air tight container to keep them crispy for many days.
