Description

* Roasted gram flour (sattu)-2tbs
* Milk-1 and1/2 cups
* Flavoured sugar syrup like (Ruhhafza, gulab, khash)-2tbs or to taste
* Green cardamom powder-pinch of
* Finally chopped dry fruits-1/2tbs
* Crushed ice-for serving

Methods/steps

1. Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add enough milk so that the mixture comes together to the consistency of a thick custard. Stir with a fork until no lumps remain then chill in the fridge before serving.
2. Serve with chopped dry fruits and crushed ice.
